大学生自我监控能力调查研究
A Survey on Self-Monitoring Ability of College Students
摘要: 目的:为探讨大学生自我监控能力现状,培养大学生的自我监控能力。改善大学生人际关系,提高大学生的心理健康水平。方法:文章使用的研究工具是Snyder编制的《自我监控问卷》,用其来调查分析306名大学生自我监控能力的现状,从而有助于了解当前大学生自我监控能力的情况。结果:(1) 大学生自我监控能力处于中等偏上的水平。(2) 不同年级大学生自我监控能力存在显著差异,大一学生的自我监控能力水平显著低于大二学生和大三学生自我监控能力水平。大二的自我监控能力和大三、大四的自我监控能力无显著差异。大三的自我监控能力和大四的自我监控能力无显著差异。(3) 不同的性别、出生地、学科性质以及是否为独生子女的大学生在自我监控能力上不存在显著差异。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the status quo of college students’ self-monitoring ability and cultivate their self-monitoring ability. Improve the interpersonal relationship of college students, improve their mental health level. Methods: The research tool used in this paper is the Self-Monitoring Questionnaire compiled by Snyder, which is used to investigate and analyze the status quo of self-monitoring ability of 306 college students, so as to help understand the current situation of college students’ self-monitoring ability. Results: (1) College students’ self-monitoring ability was above the average level. (2) There are significant differences in the self-monitoring ability of college students in different grades. The level of self-monitoring ability of freshmen is significantly lower than that of sophomores and juniors. There is no significant difference between sophomore self-monitoring ability and junior and senior self-monitoring ability. There was no significant difference between the self-monitoring ability of junior and senior. (3) There is no significant difference in self-monitoring ability among college students with different genders, places of birth, subject nature and non-single children.
