大学生短期海外访学对跨文化成熟发展影响的案例研究

A Case Study on the Impact of Short-Term Overseas Study Programs on the Development of College Students’ Intercultural Maturity

摘要: 近年来，在教育国际化背景下，大学生海外访学项目层出不穷。相比出国留学，短期海外访学经历能否取得育人成效成为一项值得研究的课题。本项目以某高校暑期赴美见习项目为例，通过问卷调查、学生日志和访谈探索短期海外访学对大学生跨文化成熟度发展的影响。研究发现，此次短期海外访学对学生跨文化成熟度总体和三个主维度均产生积极影响，但未达到显著水平，并且后续基本维持在访学后水平。学生日志和访谈结果表明，学生在访学期间积极拓展跨文化交流机会，进行自我反思与调整，从不同维度促成了跨文化成熟度的发展。论文最后对短期海外访学项目的有效开展提供若干建议。

Abstract: In recent years, against the backdrop of educational internationalization, various overseas study programs for college students have emerged. Compared with studying abroad, whether the experience of short-term overseas study tours can achieve educational results has become a research topic worthy of investigation. Taking a focal university’s summer camp program in America as an example, this study explores the impact of short-term overseas study tours on the development of college students’ intercultural maturity through questionnaires, students’ logs, and interviews. The findings reveal that this study tour has had a positive impact on students’ overall intercultural maturity and its three main dimensions, but the impact has not reached a significant level. And the effects of the impact remain almost the same afterwards. The results of students’ logs and interviews show that during the study tour, students actively expanded opportunities for intercultural communication, carried out self-reflection and adjustment, and achieved a certain degree of improvement from different dimensions. Finally, this paper proposes suggestions for the effective implementation of short-term overseas study programs.
