摘要: 本文针对互联网技术普及与电子商务快速发展背景下频发的未成年人非理性网络消费纠纷，从法律维度剖析了当前未成年人网络消费权益保护面临的核心困境。通过论证提出系统性解决方案：确立未成年人网络消费行为规范标准，细化电商平台用户年龄核验义务的实施细则，完善行政监管机制，构建涵盖立法、平台、监管机构及家庭的多方协同保护体系。研究旨在平衡未成年人权益保障与电子商务市场规范发展，为健全网络消费法治环境提供理论支撑，助力实现数字经济时代未成年人保护与产业健康发展的良性互动。

Abstract: This article analyzes the core difficulties faced by the protection of online consumer rights of minors from the legal perspective in response to the frequent occurrence of irrational online consumer disputes among minors under the background of popularization of Internet technology and the rapid development of e-commerce. Through argumentation, a systematic solution is proposed: establish standards for online consumption behavior for minors, refine the implementation rules for the age verification obligations of e-commerce platform users, improve the administrative supervision mechanism, and build a multi-party collaborative protection system covering legislation, platforms, regulatory agencies and families. The research aims to balance the protection of minors’ rights and interests with the standardized development of the e-commerce market, provide theoretical support for improving the legal environment for online consumption, and help achieve a benign interaction between minors’ protection and the healthy development of the industry in the digital economy era.
