虚拟养老院与电子商务融合发展研究——基于“互联网 + 养老”视角

Research on the Integration and Development of Virtual Nursing Homes and E-Commerce—Based on the Perspective of “Internet + Elderly Care”

摘要: 伴随我国老龄化加剧，养老难题凸显，虚拟养老院作为“互联网 + 养老”创新模式应运而生。本文聚焦虚拟养老院与电子商务融合发展，先梳理国内外虚拟养老院现状，国内历经十余年探索，服务群体扩张、内容多元、智能化进阶，但市场活力弱、人才紧俏且信息孤立；国外也有技术探索成果。本文深入剖析融合必要性，可以整合资源、满足多样需求、提升服务质效、带动产业繁荣；从技术、市场、政策维度论证可行性。设计应用策略涵盖精准供需、智能健康、活力社交。正视现存资金紧、人才缺、适配弱、安全隐忧等问题，提出建立电商平台、整合资源、培育人才、广泛宣传优化路径。结论指出虚拟养老院与电子商务融合是一个热门趋势，多方协同可以优化养老生态、推动养老事业前行，为应对老龄化提供创新示范。

Abstract: Accompanied by the aging of our country, the problem of old age is highlighted, the virtual nursing home as the “Internet + old age” innovative model came into being. This paper focuses on the integration of virtual nursing homes and e-commerce development, first combing the current situation of virtual nursing homes at home and abroad, in the domestic after more than ten years of exploration, the expansion of the service group, content diversity, intelligent advancement, but the market vitality is weak, the talent is in short supply and the information is isolated; foreign countries also have the results of technological exploration. This paper analyses the necessity of integration, which can integrate resources, meet diversified needs, improve service quality and efficiency, and drive the prosperity of the industry; and demonstrates the feasibility from the dimensions of technology, market and policy. The design and application strategies cover accurate supply and demand, intelligent health, and dynamic social interaction. Facing the existing problems of tight funding, lack of talents, weak adaptation, and safety concerns, the company proposes to establish an e-commerce platform, integrate resources, cultivate talents, and widely publicise the optimisation path. The conclusion points out that the integration of virtual nursing homes and e-commerce is a hot trend, and the synergy of multiple parties can optimise the nursing ecology, promote the forward movement of the nursing career, and provide an innovative demonstration for coping with aging.
