中医综合疗法治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的个案研究

摘要: 青少年特发性脊柱侧弯是脊柱侧弯的常见类型，临床首选治疗方案为保守治疗。文章报告了一例青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的病案，以“和筋正骨”为中心，结合脊柱的生理特点和患者的个人情况，综合针刀、拔罐、电针、手法等中医治疗方法，调整椎旁肌肉的紧张度和脊柱的平衡状态，在有效改善了患者症状的同时减小了脊柱侧弯的程度，期望可以为临床工作者提供参考。
Abstract: Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) is a common type of scoliosis, and conservative treatment is the preferred therapeutic approach in clinical practice. This article reports a case of AIS treated with an integrated traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) therapy. Centered on the principle of “harmonizing tendons and correcting bones” and taking into account the physiological characteristics of the spine and the individual condition of the patient, a comprehensive TCM treatment approach combining needle-knife therapy, cupping therapy, electroacupuncture, and manual therapy was adopted. This approach aimed to adjust the tension of the paravertebral muscles and improve the balance of the spine. The treatment effectively alleviated the patient’s symptoms and reduced the degree of scoliosis, providing a reference for clinical practitioners.
