高校旅游管理专业课程体系构建研究综述

A Review on the Construction of Curriculum System of Tourism Management Major in Universities

摘要: 随着旅游市场的深入发展，对旅游人才有着更高的要求。作为人才培养主阵地的高校将承担更重的旅游专业人才培养任务，科学合理的课程体系是高校完成人才培养目标的重要依托。鉴于此，文章利用CiteSpace软件梳理了我国高校旅游管理专业课程体系构建相关研究，并提出了研究展望。其结果表现为旅游管理专业课程体系构建相关研究一直备受学者关注，尤其高职高专旅游管理专业课程体系构建，同时课程体系构建普遍存在着课程体系培养目标泛化，课程结构不协调、课程内容重复等问题，在未来高校旅游管理专业课程体系构建应将从课程目标确定、课程体系构建、课程体系实施、课程体系评价以及课程体系改进五个方面进行系统、全面的构建，使之形成一个完整、闭环，同时又具有开放性的课程体系。

Abstract: With the in-depth development of the tourism market, there are higher requirements for tourism talents. As the main position of talent training, colleges and universities will bear more heavy tasks of tourism professional talent training. Scientific and reasonable curriculum system is an important support for colleges and universities to achieve the goal of talent training. In view of this, this paper uses CiteSpace software to sort out the relevant research on the construction of tourism management major curriculum system in Chinese universities, and puts forward the research prospect. As a result, studies on the construction of tourism management major curriculum system have attracted much attention from scholars, especially the construction of tourism management major curriculum system in higher vocational colleges. At the same time, the construction of curriculum system generally has problems such as the generalization of curriculum system training objectives, uncoordinated curriculum structure, and repetitive curriculum content. In the future, the construction of the curriculum system of tourism management major in colleges and universities should be systematically and comprehensively constructed from five aspects: the determination of curriculum objectives, the construction of curriculum system, the implementation of curriculum system, the evaluation of curriculum system and the improvement of curriculum system, so as to form a complete, closed loop and more open curriculum system.
