基于电子商务平台的智慧养老服务模式研究

Research on the Smart Elderly Care Service Model Based on E-Commerce Platforms

摘要: 随着我国人口老龄化程度的加深，养老事业正面临严峻挑战。传统养老服务在供需匹配效率、资源整合能力及服务质量保障等方面存在诸多不足，难以满足老年群体日益多元化、个性化的需求。因此，如何破解传统养老模式的困境，提升养老服务的可及性与智能化水平，成为当前社会关注的重点。电子商务平台凭借其数字技术优势，为智慧养老服务的构建提供了新的思路。本文从不同主体之间的互动角度出发，探讨基于电子商务平台的智慧养老服务模式，并揭示其在实践过程中面临的挑战，进一步提出缩小数字鸿沟、建立健全数据安全保护机制、完善服务标准及监管政策等建议，以期为我国智慧养老产业的发展提供理论支持和实践参考。

Abstract: With the deepening of the aging of population in China, the retirement industry is facing a severe challenge. Traditional elderly care services have many deficiencies in supply-demand matching efficiency, resource integration ability and service quality assurance, which is difficult to meet the increasingly diversified and personalized needs of elderly groups. Therefore, how to crack the dilemma of the traditional pension model and improve the accessibility and intelligence level of the pension service has become the focus of current social attention. With its digital technology advantages, e-commerce platform provides a new idea for the construction of smart elderly care services. From the perspective of interaction between different subjects, this paper discusses the smart elderly care service model based on e-commerce platform, reveals the challenges it faces in the practice process, and further puts forward suggestions on narrowing the digital divide, establishing and improving the data security protection mechanism, improving service standards and regulatory policies, so as to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the development of China’s smart elderly care industry.
