摘要: 在网络技术飞速发展的当下，数字鸿沟已成为横亘在人类社会发展道路上的一道不容忽视的障碍。而数字鸿沟的形成是经济、教育与社会因素交织作用的结果。它加剧了社会不平等，拉大了贫富差距与城乡差距；阻碍了经济增长，限制了创新能力和就业机会的拓展；使许多人在教育、职业发展和社会参与等方面错失机遇。然而，数字鸿沟并非不可逾越。只有通过公平资源分配、算法公正优化与弱势群体关怀，才能实现数字时代的包容性发展。

Abstract: In the era of rapidly advancing network technologies, the digital divide has emerged as a significant obstacle to human societal development that cannot be overlooked. The formation of the digital divide is the result of intertwined economic, educational, and social factors. It exacerbates social inequality, widens the wealth gap and urban-rural disparities; hinders economic growth, limits innovation capabilities, and restricts employment opportunities; and causes many individuals to miss out on opportunities in education, career development, and social participation. However, the digital divide is not insurmountable. Only through equitable resource allocation, algorithmic fairness optimization, and care for vulnerable groups can inclusive development in the digital age be achieved.
