Digital Economy Empowering Rural Revitalization: Theoretical Logic, Practical Challenges and Practical Pathways

摘要: 数字经济是继农业经济、工业经济之后的主要经济形态，发展数字经济是战略选择和重要引擎。中国数字经济发展迅速，在赋能乡村振兴中取得一定成效，为农业全面升级、农村全面进步、农民全面发展提供强大动力。但在数字经济赋能乡村振兴过程中，存在基础设施建设滞后、数字技术人才短缺、数字化公共服务水平较低等堵点。因此，要从加强数字基础设施建设、培养高素质数字人才、提升乡村数字化公共服务水平等方面发力，加快数字经济赋能乡村振兴的步伐。

Abstract: The digital economy, emerging as the primary economic form after agricultural and industrial economies, represents a strategic choice and key engine for development. China’s digital economy has developed rapidly, achieving notable results in empowering rural revitalization and providing strong momentum for the comprehensive upgrading of agriculture, comprehensive progress in rural areas, and comprehensive development of farmers. However, challenges persist in this process, including lagging infrastructure construction, a shortage of digital technology talents, and a low level of digital public services. Therefore, efforts should be made to strengthen digital infrastructure, cultivate high-quality digital talents, and improve the level of rural digital public services, thereby accelerating the pace of rural revitalization empowered by the digital economy.
