摘要: 随着电子商务行业的快速发展，知识产权保护在这一领域遭遇了诸多复杂的法律挑战。侵权行为日益隐蔽且形式多样，法律适用因跨境交易等因素变得复杂，平台在知识产权保护中的责任界定也存在模糊之处。这些问题不仅损害了权利人的合法权益，也对电子商务市场的健康有序发展造成了阻碍。本文通过深入剖析相关文献，对电子商务环境中知识产权保护面临的挑战进行了系统梳理，包括侵权现象的复杂性、法律适用的困境以及平台责任界定的难题等。在此基础上，文章提出了构建合理规则的建议，旨在为电子商务环境中知识产权的有效保护提供可行路径。通过加强国际合作、完善国内立法、强化平台责任以及充分利用技术手段等多维度举措，力求实现电子商务与知识产权保护的良性互动发展。

Abstract: The rapid development of e-commerce has brought many legal challenges to intellectual property protection in this field. Infringement behaviors are becoming more hidden and diverse, the application of law is complicated due to cross-border transactions, and the demarcation of platform responsibilities in intellectual property protection is also blurred. These problems not only infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of right holders, but also hinder the healthy and orderly development of the e-commerce market. This paper combs the challenges faced by intellectual property protection in e-commerce through in-depth analysis of relevant literature, including the complexity of infringement phenomena, the dilemma of legal application, and the difficulty of defining platform liability. On this basis, the article puts forward suggestions for establishing rational rules, with the aim of providing a feasible approach for the effective protection of intellectual property rights in the e-commerce environment. By strengthening international cooperation, improving domestic legislation, reinforcing platform responsibility, and fully utilizing technical means through multi-dimensional measures, it strives to achieve a virtuous interaction between e-commerce and intellectual property protection.
