新媒体语境下老年群体话语权缺失困境与重构路径思考

The Dilemma of Discourse Power Loss and Reflection on Reconstruction Paths for the Elderly Group in the New Media Context

摘要: 在数字化与老龄化双重叠加的现代社会，老年群体的话语权缺失已成为数字社会公平性研究的重要议题。本文基于传播政治经济学与文化反哺理论，揭示老年群体在新媒体场域中面临的“符号失语–算法排斥–制度缺位”三重困境，提出通过技术民主化改造、代际传播共同体构建及制度性赋权实现话语空间重构。研究发现，老年群体话语权缺失的本质是技术权力与代际文化资本的不平等分配，需构建“数字包容生态”以实现代际数字正义。

Abstract: In the dual context of digitalization and aging of the modern society, the loss of discourse power among the elderly has become a critical issue in the study of digital social equity. Based on the political economy of communication and cultural feedback theory, this paper reveals the triple dilemmas faced by the elderly in the new media field: “symbolic aphasia, algorithmic exclusion, and institutional absence”. It proposes reconstructing discourse spaces through technological democratization, intergenerational communication communities, and institutional empowerment. The study finds that the root cause of discourse power loss among the elderly lies in the unequal distribution of technological power and intergenerational cultural capital, necessitating the construction of a “digitally inclusive ecosystem” to achieve intergenerational digital justice.
