臭氧自体血回输治疗带状疱疹顽固性瘙痒症

Ozone Autologous Blood Reinfusion Therapy for Intractable Pruritus of Herpes Zoster

摘要: 带状疱疹是水痘–疱疹病毒在人体免疫力低下时潜伏病毒被重新激活并引起明显疼痛或瘙痒，带状疱疹后疼痛是临床常见，但瘙痒不常见。带状疱疹后瘙痒对个人生活质量的影响不亚于疼痛，却容易被忽视。本研究是在临床工作中遇到的一例右颈胸部带状疱疹确诊后顽固性瘙痒为主要症状的病例。此患者瘙痒评分为10分(viisual analogue scale, VAS)，夜间间断入眠3~4小时，病人极其痛苦，严重影响患者生活质量。试用多种治疗方法，效果不佳，而改用臭氧大自血疗法治疗取得良好效果。

Abstract: Herpes zoster is a condition where the varicella-zoster virus, which is latent in the body when immunity is low, is reactivated and causes significant pain or itching. Postherpetic neuralgia is a common clinical condition, but pruritus is less frequent. The impact of postherpetic pruritus on an individual’s quality of life is no less than that of pain, and it is easily overlooked. This study involved a case encountered in clinical practice where the main symptom was persistent pruritus after the diagnosis of herpes zoster on the right cervical and thoracic region. The patient’s pruritus score was 10 (visual analogue scale, VAS), and they experienced intermittent sleep disruption for 3~4 hours at night. The patient was extremely distressed and the quality of life was severely affected. Various treatment methods were attempted but with no satisfactory results. Instead, ozone autologous blood therapy was adopted and achieved good therapeutic effects.
