数字经济背景下农村电商发展的挑战与现实路径
The Challenges and Practical Ways of Rural E-Commerce Development in the Digital Economy Context

摘要: 数字经济的快速发展为农村电商发展提供了良好的契机,使其成为驱动乡村振兴的重要引擎。然而,我国农村地区的数字经济发展尚不充分,制约着农村电商的发展。当前,农村电商生态建设仍面临着农村电商专业型人才缺失、产品同质化导致品牌竞争力薄弱、农产品交易市场信息不对称以及农村物流基础设施不完善的挑战。基于此,本文从构建农村电商人才培育与引进体系、推动农村产业结构升级与品牌建设、加强农村信息化与智能技术应用和完善农村物流基础设施建设这四方面提出相对应建议。
Abstract: The rapid development of the digital economy has provided a favorable opportunity for the growth of rural e-commerce, making it a key drive of rural revitalization. However, the development of the digital economy in rural areas in China remains insufficient, and the construction of the rural e-commerce ecosystem still faces several challenges, including the lack of specialized talent in rural e-commerce, the homogeneity of products leading to limited brand competitiveness, information asymmetry in agricultural product markets, and inadequate rural logistics infrastructure. In light of these issues, this paper proposes corresponding recommendations in four key areas: the establishment of a talent cultivation and recruitment system for rural e-commerce, the promotion of rural industrial structure upgrading and brand development, the enhancement of rural informatization and the application of intelligent technologies, and the improvement of rural logistics infrastructure.
