敦煌医学卷子针灸疗法源流考辨

An Examination of the Origins and Evolution of Acupuncture Therapy in Dunhuang Medical Scrolls

摘要: 敦煌医学文献中包含的针灸治病资料，对于了解古代针灸技术的传承演变有着重要价值。敦煌医学文献中针灸治疗既有来自《黄帝内经》《针灸甲乙经》等古代医书的内容，又有魏晋至唐宋积累的医疗实践及带有区域特点的资料。这种针法包括了经穴的部位、取穴的特点、针刺或艾灸的手法及适用证和忌证等方面的内容，有些情况则不完全对应现存的医学文献记载，反映了唐宋时期针灸技术发展具有丰富性和实用性。本文通过研究敦煌医学文献中的针灸论述，结合文献分析，理清它的源流。

Abstract: The acupuncture treatment information contained in Dunhuang medical literature holds important value for understanding the transmission and evolution of ancient acupuncture techniques. In Dunhuang medical literature, acupuncture treatment includes content from ancient medical texts such as the Huangdi Neijing and Zhenjiu Jiayi Jing, as well as medical practices accumulated from the Wei-in to the Tang and Song periods and materials with regional characteristics. This acupuncture method covers aspects such as the locations of acupoints, characteristics of point selection, methods of needling or moxibustion, and indications and contraindications; in some cases, it does not entirely correspond to the records in existing medical literature, reflecting the richness and practicality of the development of acupuncture techniques during the Tang and Song periods. This paper clarifies its origins and evolution by studying the acupuncture discourses in Dunhuang medical literature, combined with literature analysis.
