Analysis of the Path of Social Work Intervention in E-Commerce Employment of People with Disabilities from the Perspective of Strengths

摘要: 随着数字化经济的兴起，电子商务为残障人士带来了空前的就业机会。但是，残障人士在电商就业中，仍然面临着技能不足、心理障碍和缺乏有效的社会支持系统等挑战。社会工作是促进残障人士就业的重要力量，可以提供针对性的支持和服务。基于此，本研究从优势视角出发，深入剖析残障人士参与电子商务就业的潜力，并探索提供针对性的支持和服务，帮助他们更好地适应电子商务人才市场，促进其社会融合与包容性发展。

Abstract: With the rise of the digital economy, e-commerce has brought unprecedented employment opportu-nities for people with disabilities. However, people with disabilities still face challenges such as lack of skills, psychological barriers, and the absence of an effective social support system in e-commerce employment. Social work is an important force in promoting the employment of people with disabilities and can provide targeted support and services. Based on this, this study starts from the strengths perspective to deeply analyze the potential of people with disabilities to participate in e-commerce employment and explore ways to provide targeted support and services to help them better adapt to the e-commerce talent market and promote their social integration and inclusive development.
