数字经济背景下智慧物流促进乡村振兴的路径研究
Research on the Path of Smart Logistics Promoting Rural Revitalization in the Context of Digital Economy
摘要: 在数字经济的大背景下,智慧物流作为新质生产力,借助重构城乡要素流通体系,成为推动乡村振兴的重要力量。本研究致力于剖析智慧物流促进乡村振兴的内在机制、矛盾运动与实践路径。研究发现智慧物流具解放生产力和重构生产关系双重特性,能推动乡村产业发展、农民增收和农村基础设施智能化升级,但面临区域发展失衡、数据安全及市场主体协同合作机制不完善等问题。为此,提出新时代背景下智慧物流发展路径,以实现技术红利普惠共享,还强调深化跨国别制度比较及探索人工智能等议题。为解决这些问题,研究提出了中国特色社会主义制度下智慧物流发展的独特路径。依托新型举国体制统筹物流新基建,由集体经济组织主导数据产权分配,利用红色治理体系规制算法权力,将技术社会化的目标锚定于“人民性”,实现技术红利的普惠共享。该研究为数字经济时代的乡村振兴提供了理论支持和实践路径,强调要深化跨国别制度比较以及对人工智能等议题的后续探索。
Abstract: In the context of the digital economy, smart logistics, as a new quality productivity, has become an important force in promoting rural revitalization by reconstructing the urban-rural factor circulation system. This study aims to analyze the internal mechanisms, contradictory movements, and practical paths of smart logistics in promoting rural revitalization. Research has found that smart logistics has the dual characteristics of liberating productivity and reconstructing production relations, which can promote the development of rural industries, increase farmers’ income, and upgrade the intelligence of rural infrastructure. However, it faces problems such as regional development imbalance, data security, and imperfect mechanisms for market entities to collaborate. To this end, a development path for smart logistics in the context of the new era is proposed to achieve universal sharing of technological dividends, and emphasis is placed on deepening cross national institutional comparisons and exploring issues such as artificial intelligence. To address these issues, a unique path for the development of smart logistics under the socialist system with Chinese characteristics has been proposed. Relying on the new national system to coordinate logistics infrastructure, with collective economic organizations leading the distribution of data property rights, utilizing the red governance system to regulate algorithmic power, anchoring the goal of technological socialization to “people-oriented”, and achieving universal sharing of technological dividends. This study provides theoretical support and practical paths for rural revitalization in the digital economy era, emphasizing the need to deepen cross national institutional comparisons and further explore issues such as artificial intelligence.
