孔子“君子观”与新时代大学生理想人格塑造
Confucius’ “View of Gentleman” and the Ideal Personality Shaping of College Students in the New Era
摘要: 孔子的君子观作为儒家伦理思想体系的核心组成部分,对君子人格进行了系统性描绘。其核心在于“仁、智、勇”三者兼备,强调内在道德修养与外在行为规范的统一,主张“以义为利”“先义后利”,将个人价值实现与社会责任承担紧密结合。通过弘扬“以德修身”“以礼立信”的君子精神,能够为社会主义核心价值观提供传统伦理支撑,促进社会和谐与责任意识的培养。特别是在新时代大学生人格塑造中,君子观所蕴含的“学思结合”“慎独自律”等修身方法,能够为大学生的理想人格构建提供道德内涵与实践路径。其强调的家国情怀与社会责任感,契合新时代青年担当民族复兴大任的时代需求,对完善当代青年价值观教育体系具有重要的理论借鉴意义。
Abstract: As a core component of the Confucian ethical thought system, Confucius’ concept of a gentleman systematically depicts the personality of a gentleman. Its core lies in “benevolence, wisdom and courage”, emphasizes the unity of internal moral cultivation and external behavioral norms, advocates “righteousness for profit” and “righteousness before profit”, and closely integrates the realization of personal value with the assumption of social responsibility. Promoting the gentlemanly spirit of “cultivating oneself with virtue” and “establishing trust with propriety”, can provide traditional ethical support for socialist core values and promote social harmony and the cultivation of the sense of responsibility. Especially in the character building of college students in the new era, the gentleman’s concept of “combining learning and thinking”, “prudence and self-discipline” and other methods of cultivating one’s moral character can provide moral connotation and practical paths for the construction of the ideal character of college students. Its emphasis on family and national sentiment and sense of social responsibility meets the needs of young people in the new era to take up the responsibility of national rejuvenation and is of great theoretical significance to the improvement of the value education system for young people in the contemporary era.
