代际共居中老年人数字融入的代际互动障碍与突破路径研究

Research on the Intergenerational Interaction Barriers and Breakthrough Paths of Digital Integration for the Elderly in Intergenerational Co-Residence

摘要: 在老龄化与数字化融合的背景下，本研究聚焦代际共居中老年人数字融入的代际互动问题。通过分析相关文献与现状，发现中老年人数字融入虽有进展，但面临数字鸿沟导致的沟通不畅、代际价值观差异、年轻一代时间与耐心不足以及中老年人网购成瘾等障碍。为此提出针对性突破路径，包括加强数字素养教育、增进代际理解、合理安排时间提升互动质量以及应对网购成瘾的策略等。这些路径有助于中老年人融入数字社会，提升生活质量，促进家庭和谐，推动数字友好型社会建设。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the integration of aging and digitalization, this study focuses on the intergenerational interaction issues related to the digital integration of the elderly in intergenerational cohabitation. Through the analysis of relevant literature and current situations, it is found that although there has been progress in the digital integration of the elderly, they still face obstacles such as communication barriers caused by the digital divide, differences in intergenerational values, insufficient time and patience of the younger generation, and internet shopping addiction among the elderly. To address these issues, targeted breakthrough paths are proposed, including strengthening digital literacy education, enhancing intergenerational understanding, rationally arranging time to improve interaction quality, and strategies to deal with internet shopping addiction. These paths can help the elderly integrate into the digital society, improve their quality of life, promote family harmony, and facilitate the construction of a digital-friendly society.
