精神医学专业新生心理健康状况与学业表现的相关性研究:基于文化课与体育课成绩的实证分析

摘要: 目的:了解精神医学专业学生心理健康状况与文化课、体育课成绩之间的关系,提高社会对心理健康问题的认知,减少歧视和偏见,并为改进教学方法和提高学生综合素质提供更有力的支持。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对精神医学专业连续5个年级588名大学生进行了心理健康状况测试,分别与其大学期间文化课平均学分绩点和大学期间体育课平均学分绩点进行了相关性分析。结果:大学生入学心理健康状况与其文化课成绩有显著的正相关关系,而与其体育课成绩的相关性不显著。结论:大学生入学心理健康状况与文化课成绩关系较为密切,心理健康状况良好的学生其文化课成绩高于心理健康状况差的学生。而大学生入学心理健康状况与其体育课成绩的相关性不显著,表明心理健康对不同类型的课程学习具有差异化影响。因此,高校应构建心理健康支持体系,提升学生心理素质,促进学生学业发展。同时呼吁大学生重视体育锻炼,提升免疫力,增强学生身体素质。
Abstract: Objective: To understand the relationship between the mental health status of students majoring in psychiatry and their grades in cultural and physical education courses, to increase social awareness of mental health problems, to reduce discrimination and prejudice, and to provide stronger support for the improvement of teaching methods and the comprehensive quality of students. Methods: The mental health status of 588 college students in five consecutive grades of psychiatry majors was tested by using the Symptom Self-assessment Scale (SCL-90), and correlation analyses were conducted to analyze the relationship between the mental health status and their average credit grades in cultural courses and average credit grades in physical education courses in college, respectively. Results: There was a significant positive correlation between the mental health status of college students’ enrollment and their grades in cultural courses, while the correlation with their grades in physical education courses was not significant. Conclusion: There is a close relationship between the mental health status of college students’ enrollment and their performance in cultural courses, and the performance in cultural courses of students with good mental health status is higher than that of students with poor mental health status. The correlation between students’ mental health and their physical education scores was not significant, indicating that mental health has a differentiated impact on different types of course learning. Therefore, colleges and universities should build a mental health support system to improve students’ psychological quality and promote their academic development. At the same time, college students are called to pay attention to physical exercise to improve immunity and enhance students physical fitness.
