基于艺术类院校大学生的技能实训 + 就业双选平台设计与实现
Design and Implementation of a Dual Selection Platform for Skills Training and Employment of College Students in Art Colleges
摘要: 艺术类专业大学生面临的就业竞争日益激烈,实训实践作为连接理论与实际的桥梁,对于提升学生的就业竞争力具有重要意义。论文根据艺术类院校大学生的技能实训 + 就业双选线下平台搭建实战经验,将线下平台逐步扩展到线上平台面向更多群体展现,为艺术类学生提供更便捷的实训实践机会,为企业与求职者搭建双向选择的渠道。文章首先分析了当前大学生团队协作人脉资源不足、技能商业化实践不足等求职存在的问题;其次,针对问题通过平台进行人才组队、根据专业承接单项项目等;最后,提出针对性的解决策略,旨在为艺术类院校大学生提供更高质量的实训实践机会,为企业招收人才提供参考和指引,进而有效提升求职竞争力。
Abstract: The employment competition faced by college students majoring in art is becoming increasingly fierce. Practical training, as a bridge connecting theory and practice, is of great significance for enhancing students’ employment competitiveness. Based on the practical experience of building an offline platform for skills training and employment dual selection for college students in art colleges, this paper gradually expands the offline platform to the online platform to present to more groups, providing more convenient training and practice opportunities for art students and building a two-way selection channel for enterprises and job seekers. The article first analyzes the problems existing in job hunting among current college students, such as insufficient interpersonal resources in teamwork and inadequate commercial practice of skills. Secondly, in response to the problems, talent teams are formed through the platform and individual projects are undertaken based on specialties, etc. Finally, targeted solutions are proposed, aiming to provide higher-quality practical training opportunities for college students in art colleges, offer references and guidance for enterprises to recruit talents, and thereby effectively enhance job-hunting competitiveness.
