乡村振兴背景下河北省农村养老问题研究及对策分析

Research and Countermeasures Analysis on Rural Pension in Hebei Province under the Background of Rural Revitalization

摘要: 随着乡村振兴战略的深入推进，河北省农村社会经济结构发生显著变化，农村养老问题日益凸显，成为影响农村社会稳定和可持续发展的重要因素。本文以乡村振兴背景为切入点，结合河北省农村经济社会发展现状，系统梳理了家庭养老、机构养老、社区养老和互助养老模式的运行情况。研究发现，河北省农村养老面临诸多挑战，制约了乡村振兴战略的全面实施。同时，乡村振兴战略为河北省农村养老事业发展提供了新的机遇。通过增加财政投入、培养养老服务人才等手段，有效提升农村老年人的生活质量，助力农村社会的全面振兴。

Abstract: With the deepening of the rural revitalization strategy, the rural socio-economic structure of Hebei Province has undergone significant changes, and the problem of rural pension has become increasingly prominent, which has become an important factor affecting the stability and sustainable development of rural society. Taking the background of rural revitalization as the starting point, combined with the current situation of rural economic and social development in Hebei Province, this paper systematically sorts out the operation of family pension, institutional pension, community pension and mutual pension models. The study found that rural elderly care in Hebei Province faces many challenges, which restricts the full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. At the same time, the rural revitalization strategy provides new opportunities for the development of rural pension in Hebei Province. By increasing financial investment and cultivating senior service talents, we will effectively improve the quality of life of the elderly in rural areas and help the comprehensive revitalization of rural society.
