歧视知觉对外卖骑手城市心理融入的影响：应对方式的中介与自我补偿的调节作用
The Impact of Perceived Discrimination on the Psychological Acculturation of Food Delivery Riders: The Mediating Role of Coping Styles and the Moderating Role of Self-Compensation
摘要: 目的：探究歧视知觉对一线城市外卖骑手心理融入的关系，并检验应对方式在其中的中介作用和自我补偿的调节作用，为提高外卖骑手在城市的心理融入感提供理论依据。方法：采用歧视知觉问卷、自我补偿问卷、应对方式问卷和心理融入问卷，对877名来自一线城市的外卖骑手进行问卷调查。结果：(1) 歧视知觉对外卖骑手心理融入有负向影响；(2) 积极/消极应对方式在歧视知觉影响心理融入中起中介作用；(3) 自我补偿在歧视知觉和积极/消极应对方式的关系中起调节作用。结论：歧视知觉不仅直接负向影响外卖骑手心理融入，并通过积极/消极应对方式负向影响外卖骑手心理融入，且自我补偿调节这一中介路径。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the relationship between perceived discrimination and the psychological acculturation of food delivery riders in first-tier cities, and to test the mediating effect of coping styles and the moderating effect of self-compensation, so as to provide evidence for improving their psychological acculturation. Methods: Questionnaires on perceived discrimination, self-compensation, coping styles and psychological acculturation were administered to 877 food delivery riders in first-tier cities. Results: (1) Perceived discrimination negatively predicts psychological acculturation. (2) Active/passive coping styles play a mediating role in the effect of perceived discrimination on psychological acculturation. (3) Self-compensation moderates the relationship between perceived discrimination and active/passive coping styles. Conclusions: Perceived discrimination not only directly negatively affects the psychological acculturation of food delivery riders, but also indirectly influences it through positive/negative coping styles, with self-compensation moderating this mediating pathway.
