农村电子商务赋能乡村振兴的困境与对策探析
Analysis of the Challenges and Countermeasures of Empowering Rural Revitalization with Rural E-Commerce
摘要: 随着信息化时代的到来,电子商务开始进入高速成长期,农村电子商务作为数字经济在农村地区的具体应用,是赋能乡村振兴的应有之义。农村电子商务在促进农村经济转型、推动农村文化的传承与保护以及助力城乡融合与共同发展方面具有重要意义。然而农村电子商务在实际发展中仍存在政策扶持力度不够、基础设施与物流体系不完善、农产品标准化与品牌化建设不足以及农村电子商务人才不足等困境。因此,在深入分析这些问题的基础上,提出优化政策环境与支持机制、完善基础设施与物流网络、推动农产品品牌化与标准化建设、加强农村电商人才培养等对策,以提升农村电子商务对乡村振兴的提升效能。
Abstract: With the advent of the information age, e-commerce has entered a period of rapid growth. Rural e-commerce, as a specific application of digital economy in rural areas, is essential for empowering rural revitalization. Rural e-commerce is of great significance in promoting rural economic transformation, promoting the inheritance and protection of rural culture, and assisting urban-rural integration and common development. However, there are still difficulties in the actual development of rural e-commerce, such as insufficient policy support, incomplete infrastructure and logistics system, inadequate standardization and branding of agricultural products, and insufficient talent in rural e-commerce. Therefore, based on a thorough analysis of these issues, measures are proposed to optimize the policy environment and support mechanisms, improve infrastructure and logistics networks, promote the branding and standardization of agricultural products, and strengthen the training of rural e-commerce talents, in order to enhance the effectiveness of rural e-commerce in promoting rural revitalization.
