摘要: 本研究针对幼儿园后勤人员专业培训与团队建设的问题，分析了当前现状，旨在设计科学的培训体系和有效的团队建设策略。通过文献综述、实地调研、案例分析等方法，探讨了提升后勤人员专业素养和团队协作能力的路径。研究得出，专业培训与团队建设是提升幼儿园运营效率和教育质量的关键，科学体系和有效策略能显著提升后勤人员能力，且两者相互促进。建议幼儿园重视并制定相应计划和方案，为儿童健康成长和幼儿园可持续发展提供保障。

Abstract: This study focuses on the professional training and team building of kindergarten logistics personnel, analyzes the current situation, and aims to design a scientific training system and effective team building strategies. Through literature review, field research, case analysis, and other methods, this paper explores the path to improving the professional competence and teamwork ability of logistics personnel. Research has shown that professional training and team building are key to improving the operational efficiency and educational quality of kindergartens. Scientific systems and effective strategies can significantly enhance the capabilities of logistics personnel, and the two promote each other. It is recommended that kindergartens attach importance to and develop corresponding plans and programs to provide guarantees for the healthy growth of children and the sustainable development of kindergartens.
