浅析孙远征教授从“形神同调”理论针刺治疗干眼症

Analysis of Professor Sun Yuanzheng’s Acupuncture Treatment for Dry Eye Syndrome Based on the Theory of “Harmony of Form and Spirit”

摘要: 本文旨在总结孙远征教授基于形神同调理论针刺治疗干眼症的方法。通过跟师学习，分析其对于本病的诊疗思路并佐以病案验证。孙远征教授从事针灸事业多年，认为干眼症病因复杂、迁延难愈、易于复发，同时存在津液分布的失调和神志的异常，二者相互影响，形神同病。在临床治疗中，孙师注重“形神同调”，采取“腧穴所在，主治所能”以调形、“心脑同调，舒畅情志”以调神来治疗干眼，提供了一种新的治疗视角，为干眼症的治疗提供了一种有效的中医疗法。

Abstract: This article aims to summarize Professor Sun Yuanzheng’s acupuncture treatment for dry eye syndrome based on the theory of “Xing Shen Tong Diao” (form and spirit coordination). Through apprenticeship learning, the article analyzes Professor Sun’s diagnostic and therapeutic approach to the disease and validates it with case studies. With many years of experience in the field of acupuncture, Professor Sun believes that dry eye syndrome has a complex etiology, is difficult to cure, is prone to relapse, and is characterized by both the imbalance of body fluids and abnormalities in spirit, which influence each other, leading to a condition where both form and spirit are affected. In clinical treatment, Professor Sun emphasizes “Harmony of Form and Spirit,” adopting “the acupoint is where the treatment is effective” to regulate the form and “coordinating the heart and brain, and soothing emotions” to regulate spirit in the treatment of dry eye, providing a new perspective and an effective traditional Chinese medicine therapy for the treatment of dry eye syndrome.
