任勤从肺脾论治儿童副银屑病验案一则
A Case Report of Ren Qin’s Treatment of Pediatric Parapsoriasis Based on Lung-Spleen Theory
摘要: 副银屑病又称类银屑病，是一种以红斑、丘疹、浸润、鳞屑为临床特征的慢性鳞屑性炎症性皮肤病。任勤教授是第六批全国老中医药专家学术继承指导老师，全国优秀中医临床人才，擅于用经方治疗小儿过敏性疾患及疑难杂病。任教授认为本病治疗可参考中医“瘾疹”、“白疕”范畴，病位在肺脾两经，治疗重在标本兼治，现将案例分享如下。
Abstract: Parapsoriasis, also known as psoriasis-like dermatosis, is a chronic scaly inflammatory skin condition characterized clinically by erythema, papules, infiltration, and scaling. Professor Ren Qin, a sixth-batch National Mentor for Academic Inheritance of Senior Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Experts and a National Outstanding TCM Clinical Talent, specializes in using classical TCM formulas to treat pediatric allergic disorders and complex diseases. Professor Ren proposes that this condition can be addressed within the TCM diagnostic categories of Yin Zhen and Bai Bi. She posits that the disease primarily involves the lung and spleen meridians, emphasizing a holistic treatment approach targeting both root causes and symptoms. A representative case is summarized below.
