推拿治疗寰枢关节半脱位的临床诊疗思路

摘要: 随着电子产品的普及和生活方式的改变，寰枢关节半脱位发病率逐年升高，为此国内外学者们对其进行不断地研究，然而，当前学术界对该病症的认知尚未达成共识，在疾病诊断标准的规范化、治疗方案的标准化等方面仍存在显著不足，这种现状不仅严重阻碍了学术研究的深入开展与学术观点的有效交流，也使得临床诊疗过程中存在较大的不确定性与安全风险。因此，为提高对本病临床诊断准确率，现从该病的病因病机、临床表现、治疗等方面进行综述，以期规范对寰枢关节半脱位的临床诊断和治疗。

Abstract: With the popularization of electronic products and the change of lifestyle, the incidence of atlantoaxial subluxation is increasing year by year. Therefore, scholars at home and abroad have been studying it continuously. However, the current academic understanding of this disease has not yet reached a consensus, and there are still obvious deficiencies in the standardization of disease diagnosis standards and treatment plans. This situation not only seriously hinders the in-depth development of academic research and the effective exchange of academic views, but also makes the clinical diagnosis and treatment process more uncertain and safer. Therefore, in order to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of this disease, the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and treatment of this disease are reviewed in order to standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation.
