中西医治疗慢性咳嗽的研究进展

摘要: 慢性咳嗽指将咳嗽作为唯一或者主要症状，病程 > 8周，且X线胸片无明显异常的疾病，中医理论中通常将其归属于“久咳”、“顽咳”。西医治疗慢性咳嗽以对因治疗、药物治疗及近期涌现的新兴疗法为主。中医治疗慢性咳嗽方式多样，包括经方、时间疗法、针刺、灸法、针灸、穴位贴敷等。本文旨在通过梳理近十年来的相关文献，对慢性咳嗽的中西医治疗现状进行综述，以期为临床决策提供参考依据。
Abstract: Chronic cough refers to a disease in which cough is the only or main symptom, the course of the disease is > 8 weeks, and there is no obvious abnormality on chest X-ray, which is usually classified as “prolonged cough” and “stubborn cough” in TCM theory. Western medicine mainly treats chronic cough by treating the cause, medication and emerging therapies that have emerged recently. TCM has a variety of ways to treat chronic cough, including Jing Fang, time therapy, acupuncture, moxibustion, acupuncture, acupuncture, etc. The purpose of this article is to review the current status of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of chronic cough by combing the relevant literature in the past decade, in order to provide a reference for clinical decision-making.
