国内校园霸凌成因分析及法律治理机制研究

摘要: 校园霸凌是发生在学生之间,蓄意或恶意通过肢体、语言及网络等手段,实施欺负、侮辱造成伤害的行为。校园霸凌事件屡禁不止,对青少年的身心健康都产生了影响。本文通过梳理文献总结校园霸凌的成因,总结国外治理校园霸凌的经验,提出了我国应该如何建设针对校园霸凌案件处理的法制系统,期望能给孩子营造一个友好快乐的成长环境,让孩子能够在尊重与关爱中,拥抱属于自己的美好未来。
Abstract: School bullying refers to intentional or malicious behavior among students involving physical, verbal, or cyber means to harass, humiliate, or inflict harm. Despite ongoing efforts, persistent incidents of school bullying continue to adversely affect adolescents’ physical and mental health. This paper reviews existing literature to analyze the root causes of school bullying and summarizes international best practices in addressing such incidents. Furthermore, it proposes recommendations for establishing a legal framework in China to systematically handle school bullying cases. The study aims to foster a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive with dignity and care, embracing a brighter future free from harm.
