社会工作助推电商平台家政服务者的实务研究

Practical Research on Social Work Promoting the Home Service Providers on E-Commerce Platforms

摘要: 随着互联网技术推动电子商务的蓬勃发展，家政服务行业加速向数字化转型，但流动女性等群体仍面临技能不足、权益保障缺失及社会认同薄弱等挑战。本研究以贵阳市“流动女性的力量：‘传·帮·带’”项目为案例，探讨社会工作与电商平台协同赋能家政服务者的创新路径。项目依托“技能互助 + 社工支持 + 电商引流”模式，通过线上线下培训、心理辅导及资源整合，助力流动女性掌握数字化工具、成立家政公司，并借助美团、抖音等平台实现品牌化运营。本文期望能够为社会工作与电商平台融合实践提供新思路，为推动该领域持续发展贡献一份力量。

Abstract: With the rapid development of e-commerce driven by Internet technology, the domestic service industry is accelerating its digital transformation. However, groups such as migrant women still face challenges such as insufficient skills, lack of rights protection, and weak social recognition. This study takes the “Power of Migrant Women: ‘Pass on, Help, and Lead’” project in Guiyang City as a case to explore the innovative path of social work and e-commerce platforms working together to empower domestic service workers. The project relies on the model of “skill mutual assistance + social work support + e-commerce traffic diversion”, through online and offline training, psychological counseling, and resource integration, to help migrant women master digital tools, establish a domestic service company, and achieve brand operation through platforms such as Meituan and TikTok. This article hopes to provide new ideas for the integration of social work and e-commerce platforms and contribute to the sustainable development of this field.
