老龄化背景下乡村康养产业发展的路径研究

Research on the Development Pathways of Rural Health and Wellness Industry in the Context of Aging

摘要: 在我国人口老龄化进程不断加快、居民生活水平大幅提升的现实背景下，老年群体对多元化健康养老服务的需求持续增长。乡村康养产业作为一种新兴业态，正逐渐成为应对人口老龄化和满足老年群体多元化健康养老需求的重要力量。本文从乡村康养产业的理论阐释出发，在分析总结乡村康养产业的发展现状及面临的现实挑战的基础上，提出了强化政策执行效能、完善康养产业发展体系、深化数字化技术应用、健全人才培养机制等发展建议，以期促进乡村康养产业的可持续发展。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of accelerating population aging and significant improvements in living standards in China, the demand for diversified health and elderly care services among older adults continues to grow. As an emerging industry, rural wellness and elderly care have gradually become a critical force in addressing population aging and meeting the diverse health and elderly care needs of older adults. Starting from the theoretical underpinnings of the rural wellness and elderly care industry, this paper analyzes its current development status and existing challenges. Building on this analysis, it proposes actionable recommendations, including enhancing policy implementation effectiveness, improving the industry’s development framework, deepening the application of digital technologies, and strengthening talent cultivation mechanisms. These measures aim to promote the sustainable development of the rural wellness and elderly care industry.
