乡村振兴背景下农村电商直播发展策略研究
Research on the Development Strategies of Rural E-Commerce Live Streaming in the Context of Rural Revitalization
摘要: 本文聚焦乡村振兴背景下农产品电商直播发展,分析其现状与意义。农村电商直播作为新兴业态,在促进乡村产业、人才、文化、生态与组织振兴方面展现显著成效,但面临专业人才短缺、农产品质量管控不足、品牌效应薄弱及基础设施滞后等问题。文章提出构建复合型人才梯队、严格把控农产品质量、打造特色化品牌、完善基础设施与供应链体系等发展策略,旨在通过政企协同的生态化运营模式,推动直播助农形成长效机制,实现数字经济与乡村振兴战略的深度耦合与协同演进,为乡村经济注入新动能,助力农业农村现代化建设。
Abstract: This article focuses on the development of agricultural product live-streaming e-commerce under the background of rural revitalization, analyzing its current situation and significance. As a new business form, rural e-commerce live-streaming has shown remarkable achievements in promoting the revitalization of rural industries, talents, culture, ecology and organizations. However, it faces problems, such as shortage of professional talents, insufficient quality control of agricultural products, weak brand effect and lagging infrastructure. The article proposes development strategies, such as building a composite talent team, strictly controlling the quality of agricultural products, creating characteristic brands, and improving infrastructure and supply chain systems. It aims to promote the formation of a long-term mechanism for live-streaming to assist agriculture through an ecological operation model of government-enterprise collaboration, achieving deep coupling and coordinated evolution of digital economy and rural revitalization strategy, injecting new impetus into the rural economy and facilitating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
