缙云县跨代共居养老模式研究

Research on the Intergenerational Co-Residence Endowment Model in Jinyun County

摘要: 本文以光大百龄帮缙云养老院为例，深入研究跨代共居养老模式。该模式将青年安居与养老服务相结合，年轻人通过提供志愿服务兑换房租。文中详细阐述了养老院概况、模式筹备运营历程、日常运营管理，分析其核心特点与创新性，如代际互助、互利共赢、构建多元养老支持及缓解年轻人经济压力等。同时，指出实践中面临人员背景调查、管理难度大等挑战，以及生活习惯、语言障碍、人才困境等问题，并提出对应解决方案。最后，对该模式提出未来期望和改进建议，包括实行“两两结对”互助、形成从普惠到享受的养老支持、构建 “时间信托” 模式及加强宣传等，旨在推动跨代共居养老模式的可持续发展。

Abstract: This paper takes the Jinyun Nursing Home of Everbright Bailingbang as an example to conduct an in-depth study of the intergenerational co-residence endowment model. This model combines the housing for young people with elderly care services. Young people can exchange rent by providing volunteer services. The paper elaborates in detail on the general situation of the nursing home, the preparation and operation process of the model, and the daily operation and management. It analyzes its core characteristics and innovation, such as intergenerational mutual assistance, mutual benefit and win-win results, the construction of diversified elderly care support, and the alleviation of the economic pressure on young people. At the same time, it points out the challenges faced in practice, such as the background investigation of personnel and the great difficulty of management, as well as problems such as differences in living habits, language barriers, and talent dilemmas, and proposes corresponding solutions. Finally, it puts forward future expectations and improvement suggestions for this model, including implementing the “pairing two by two” mutual assistance, forming an elderly care support system from universal benefits to preferential enjoyment, constructing the “time trust” model, and strengthening publicity, aiming to promote the sustainable development of the intergenerational co-residence endowment model.
