精准扶贫战略下的农村电商扶贫发展研究
Research on the Development of Rural E-Commerce Poverty Alleviation under the Strategy of Targeted Poverty Reduction
摘要: 精准扶贫战略为我国农村摆脱贫困指明了道路,对我国全面建成小康社会的宏伟目标具有积极意义。在精准扶贫的战略背景下,发展农村电商具有重要的社会价值与经济价值。但是对农村的贫困地区而言,在农村电商扶贫过程中还存在缺少农产品生产加工配送标准体系、缺少专业的经营思路与市场推广、缺少专业的电商人才等问题。对此,需要利用区域优势塑造电商品牌、创新经营思路与宣传力度等措施来提升农村电商扶贫的效果,为农村地区带去经济活力,让贫困农户摆脱贫困的现状,共享经济发展的成果。
Abstract: The targeted poverty alleviation strategy has shown China’s rural areas the way out of poverty and is vital for the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. Under this strategy, developing rural e-commerce is socially and economically significant. However, poor rural areas face issues in e-commerce poverty alleviation, such as the lack of standards for agricultural product production, processing and distribution, professional management ideas, market promotion, and e-commerce talents. To solve these problems, we need to leverage local advantages to build e-commerce brands, come up with new management ideas and strengthen publicity. These measures can enhance the effectiveness of rural e-commerce poverty alleviation, bring economic vitality to rural areas, help poor farmers get out of poverty, and let them share the benefits of economic development.
