IMB模型在早产儿护理中的应用现状
The Current Application Status of the IMB Model in Preterm Infant Care
摘要: 信息–动机–行为技巧模型，逐渐广泛地应用于健康教育领域。本研究以IMB模型为理论框架将早产儿预出院病房和延续性护理模式相结合，实现从医院到居家的无缝隙护理模式，从而解决早产儿的居家照护问题，提高父母对早产儿的照护能力，从而减轻父母心理压力，改善早产结局。本文从信息–动机–行为技巧模型的概述和理论基础、国内外的应用现状、将IMB模型应用于预出院病房和延续性护理相结合的无缝隙护理模式三个方面进行综述，为临床医护人员提供一定的参考价值。
Abstract: The Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills (IMB) model has been increasingly applied in the field of health education. This study integrates the IMB model as a theoretical framework to combine the pre-discharge ward and continuity of care for preterm infants, establishing a seamless transition from hospital to home care. This approach aims to address home care challenges for preterm infants, enhance parents’ caregiving abilities, alleviate parental psychological stress, and ultimately improve preterm birth outcomes. This article reviews the following three aspects: An overview and theoretical foundation of the IMB model, its current application status domestically and internationally, and the implementation of the IMB model in a seamless care model that bridges pre-discharge ward preparation and continuity of care. The findings provide valuable insights for clinical healthcare professionals.
