农村空巢老人居家养老问题及对策研究

摘要: 随着我国社会老龄化进程加快，农村空巢老人数量不断增加，居家养老问题日益凸显。空巢老人作为特殊群体，面临生活照料、情感慰藉、健康保障等多方面的挑战。本文以农村空巢老人居家养老现状为切入点，系统分析其存在的主要问题与成因，结合实际案例，探讨当前政策支持与社会资源配置的不足，进而提出针对性对策建议。通过构建多元化、系统化、可持续的居家养老服务体系，提升农村空巢老人的生活质量与幸福感，促进农村社会的和谐稳定发展。

Abstract: As the process of aging in our society accelerates, the number of empty-nest elderly people in rural areas continues to increase, and the issue of home-based elderly care is becoming increasingly prominent. Empty-nest elderly people, as a special group, face challenges in various aspects such as daily care, emotional support, and health assurance. This article uses the current situation of home-based elderly care for empty-nest elderly in rural areas as a starting point, systematically analyzing the main problems and causes they face, and discussing the shortcomings of current policy support and social resource allocation through practical cases. It further proposes targeted countermeasures. By constructing a diversified, systematic, and sustainable home-based elderly care service system, the goal is to improve the quality of life and happiness of rural empty-nest elderly people and promote the harmonious and stable development of rural society.
