数字经济赋能农业产业链金融的作用机制与乡村振兴价值传导路径研究
Research on the Mechanism of Digital Economy Empowering Agricultural Industry Chain Finance and the Value Transmission Path for Rural Revitalization
摘要: 数字经济背景下,农业产业链金融正在经历深刻的变革,数字技术的快速发展为农业经济注入了新的动力,尤其是在乡村振兴战略实施过程中具有重要作用。本文通过分析数字经济赋能农业产业链金融的作用机制发现数字经济通过促进农业生产、加工、流通等环节的信息共享与智能化,优化了资源配置,增强了产业链的竞争力,在农业生产端,数字技术如物联网、卫星遥感技术与大数据分析的结合,实现了精准农业管理,降低了贷款门槛,提高了资金配置效率。在此基础上,本文探讨了数字经济赋能农业产业链金融在推动乡村振兴中的经济、社会和生态价值,发现数字经济通过打破传统金融服务的地理与抵押物限制,推动了普惠金融的发展,区块链和物联网技术也为农产品溯源和碳汇交易提供了保障,帮助农民通过生态保护实现经济收益,推动了绿色农业的发展,然而,要实现数字经济对农业产业链金融的最大赋能,仍需加强农村数字基础设施建设,提升农民数字素养,并完善数据安全与隐私保护机制,推动政策与多方主体的协同合作。
Abstract: Under the background of the digital economy, the agricultural industrial chain finance is undergoing profound changes. The rapid development of digital technology has injected new impetus into the agricultural economy, especially playing a significant role in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. Through analyzing the mechanism of how the digital economy empowers agricultural industrial chain finance, this paper finds that the digital economy promotes information sharing and intelligence in the production, processing, and circulation of agricultural products, optimizing resource allocation and enhancing the competitiveness of the industrial chain. At the production end of agriculture, the combination of digital technologies such as the Internet of Things, satellite remote sensing technology, and big data analysis has achieved precise agricultural management, lowered loan thresholds, and improved the efficiency of capital allocation. On this basis, this paper explores the economic, social, and ecological values of the digital economy empowering agricultural industrial chain finance in promoting rural revitalization. It is found that the digital economy breaks the geographical and collateral restrictions of traditional financial services, promoting the development of inclusive finance. Blockchain and Internet of Things technologies also provide guarantees for the traceability of agricultural products and carbon trading, helping farmers achieve economic benefits through ecological protection and promoting the development of green agriculture. However, to achieve the maximum empowerment of the digital economy on agricultural industrial chain finance, it is still necessary to strengthen the construction of rural digital infrastructure, improve farmers’ digital literacy, and improve data security and privacy protection mechanisms, promoting the coordinated cooperation of policies and multiple stakeholders.
