为乡村全面振兴注入新质生产力——基于江苏省射阳县供销社“数字赋能”的研究

Injecting New Quality Productivity into Comprehensive Rural Revitalization—A Study of “Digital Empowerment” of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives of Sheyang County, Jiangsu Province

摘要: 在数字技术驱动经济发展的背景下，江苏省射阳县供销社通过“数字赋能”探索出一条以新质生产力助推乡村全面振兴的创新路径。本文以射阳县供销社的数字化转型实践为研究对象，总结其以数字化赋能智慧农业、“1 + N”全托管服务模式创新、盘活闲置资产等路径赋能乡村振兴，探讨数字技术如何成为乡村振兴的新质生产力动能，结合数字化平台运行与二手资料如政策文件、媒体报道等，系统分析其经验并根据其面临的挑战与问题，提出改进建议。

Abstract: Under the backdrop of digital technology driving economic development, the Supply and Marketing Cooperatives of Sheyang County, Jiangsu Province have explored an innovative pathway leveraging new quality productivity to boost comprehensive rural revitalization through “digital empowerment”. This study takes the digital transformation practices of the Supply and Marketing Cooperatives of Sheyang County as the research object, summarizing its approaches to empowering rural revitalization, including digital-enabled smart agriculture, the innovative “1 + N” comprehensive trusteeship service model, and revitalization of idle assets. It examines how digital technologies serve as a dynamic force of new quality productivity for rural revitalization. Combining the operation of digital platforms and secondary data such as policy documents and media reports, this paper systematically analyzes the experience of Sheyang County and proposes improvement strategies based on the challenges and issues it faces.
