WTD公司员工绩效管理优化策略研究
Research on the Optimization Strategy of Performance Management in WTD
摘要: 在经济快速发展的当下,本文选取了WTD公司作为绩效管理研究对象,在梳理文献的基础上,采用文献研究法对WTD公司发展现状进行了分析,其次,通过问卷的方式对WTD公司当前绩效管理中存在的缺乏绩效管理文化、绩效考核指标未能与战略目标结合、缺乏必要的绩效评价与反馈等问题进行了分析,并针对这些问题展开了研究。最后,立足WTD公司现阶段发展目标和绩效管理实际情况,提出有针对性的绩效管理优化对策,如加强公司绩效管理文化建设、完善绩效考核指标、优化公司绩效评价与反馈。从而对WTD企业的人力资源进行有效利用,提升企业的绩效管理,并对同类企业的绩效管理具有一定的借鉴意义。
Abstract: In the current rapid economic development, this paper selects WTD company as the performance management research object, analyzes the development status of WTD company by literature research method on the basis of combing the literature, and secondly, analyzes the lack of performance management culture, performance appraisal indicators fail to combine with strategic objectives, lack of necessary performance evaluation and feedback in the current performance management of WTD company by means of questionnaire, and conducts research on these problems. Finally, based on the current development goals of WTD and the actual situation of performance management, targeted performance management optimization countermeasures are proposed, such as strengthening the construction of the company’s performance management culture, improving performance appraisal indicators, and optimizing the company’s performance evaluation and feedback. Therefore, the human resources of WTD enterprises are effectively utilized, the performance management of enterprises is improved, and the performance management of similar enterprises has certain reference significance.
