新医科视域下卫生事业管理学在公共卫生专业教育中的重要性与创新路径探索研究

摘要: 新医科倡导医学与多个学科的融合，特别是公共卫生与卫生事业管理的交汇，旨在培养适应社会经济发展和医疗改革需要的高级应用型公共卫生人才。我国在公共卫生领域的教育进展显著，尤其是在公共卫生硕士(MPH)项目的推广，这些人才在疾病预防、健康促进及政策制定等方面发挥了重要作用。然而，公共卫生人才培养却面临课程体系陈旧、实践教学不足和应用型人才匮乏等挑战。卫生事业管理知识在公共卫生教育中至关重要，涉及政策、法律及项目管理等多个方面，也在医学和公共卫生的交叉领域中起到重要作用。我国卫生事业管理学科源自于公共卫生，通过自然科学与社会科学的结合形成，致力于解决实际卫生事业管理问题。因此，卫生事业管理作为促进学科交叉的重要因素，需要得到重视，以更好地应对公共卫生中的挑战和推动健康发展。

Abstract: The new medical science advocates the integration of medicine and multiple disciplines, especially the intersection of public health and health management, aiming to train advanced applied public health talents to meet the needs of social and economic development and medical reform. The country has made remarkable progress in public health education, especially in the promotion of the Master of Public Health (MPH) program, and these talents have played an important role in disease prevention, health promotion, and policy development. However, the training of public health personnel faces challenges such as outdated curriculum systems, insufficient practical teaching, and a lack of applied talents. Health management knowledge is very important in public health education, involving many aspects such as policy, law, and project management. It also plays an important role in the intersection of medicine and public health. Historically, the discipline of health management in China originated from public health experts and was formed through the combination of natural science and social science to solve practical health management problems. Therefore, health management, as an important factor in promoting interdisciplinary interaction, needs to be paid attention to in order to better respond to challenges in public health and promote healthy development.
