电商平台“先享后付”模式的信用扩张效应研究
Research on the Credit Expansion Effect of the “Enjoy First, Pay Later” Model on E-Commerce Platforms
摘要: 随着电子商务的快速发展,“先享后付”模式成为推动消费与金融创新的重要力量。本文旨在研究其信用扩张效应,分析运作机制、积极作用及风险,并提出防范策略。通过理论分析与案例研究,结合电商平台数据和金融机构合作模式,探讨该模式对消费增长、市场扩张、金融创新和资源配置的影响。结果表明,“先享后付”通过降低消费门槛、提升消费信心、吸引新用户和增强粘性,显著促进消费与市场发展;其创新的信用评估和金融产品也拓展了服务边界。然而,该模式存在信用风险、市场风险、操作风险及法律合规风险。对此,建议完善信用评估体系、加强风险预警、优化内部管理并强化法律监管。结论认为,通过多方协作与有效监管,“先享后付”可充分发挥信用扩张效应,为电商与金融行业协同发展提供动力,未来需持续关注创新与风险的平衡。
Abstract: With the rapid development of e-commerce, the “enjoy first, pay later” model has become an important force in promoting consumer and financial innovation. This article aims to study its credit expansion effect, analyze its operational mechanism, positive effects, and risks, and propose preventive strategies. Through theoretical analysis and case studies, combined with e-commerce platform data and financial institution cooperation models, this study explores the impact of this model on consumption growth, market expansion, financial innovation, and resource allocation. The results indicate that “enjoy first, pay later” significantly promotes consumption and market development by lowering the consumption threshold, enhancing consumer confidence, attracting new users, and increasing stickiness; Its innovative credit evaluation and financial products have also expanded the service boundaries. However, this model carries credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and legal compliance risk. It is suggested to improve the credit evaluation system, strengthen risk warning, optimize internal management, and strengthen legal supervision. The conclusion is that through multi-party collaboration and effective regulation, the “enjoy first, pay later” policy can fully leverage the credit expansion effect and provide impetus for the coordinated development of e-commerce and finance industries. In the future, it is necessary to continue to pay attention to the balance between innovation and risk.
