南北疆部分地区乳腺癌患者流行病学特征比较分析

摘要: 目的:本研究旨在分析南北疆两部分地区乳腺癌患者的临床特征差异。方法:回顾性分析新疆生产建设兵团第三师图木舒克市总医院(位于南疆) 2021年01月至2024年12月27例乳腺癌患者,同时收集新疆生产建设兵团第八师石河子市石河子大学第一附属医院(位于北疆)乳腺癌患者并按照年份选择分层抽样的方式抽取27例作为对照组。比较两部分地区乳腺癌患者的人口学特征、病理类型及分期、手术相关等。结果:南北疆乳腺癌患者在首次发现的BI-RADS分类、症状、肿物大小、Ki-67%表达、病理分期、乳腺手术方式和腋窝淋巴结手术方式存在统计学差异(p < 0.001)。
Abstract: Objective: The aim of this study was to analyze the differences in the clinical characteristics of breast cancer patients in the two parts of North and South Xinjiang. Method: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 27 breast cancer patients at the General Hospital of the Third Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (located in Southern Xinjiang) from January 2021 to December 2024, while also collecting breast cancer patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University (located in Northern Xinjiang) under the Eighth Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and select stratified sampling by year. We compared the demographic characteristics, pathological types, staging, surgical methods, etc. Results from breast cancer patients across two regions indicated statistically significant differences (p < 0.001), in the BI-RADS classification at first discovery, symptom presentation, tumor size, Ki-67% expression, pathological staging, breast surgical methods, and axillary lymph node surgical methods between breast cancer patients in Southern and Northern Xinjiang.
