摘要: 目的：探讨母亲育儿效能感与幼儿社交–情绪发展的关系，并探究正念养育在两者之间的中介作用。方法：对天津市某区5所幼儿园的525名幼儿母亲进行问卷调研，使用育儿胜任感量表、正念养育量表、年龄与发育进程问卷：社会–情绪(ASQ: SE-2)作为研究工具，采用SPSS进行相关分析和中介效应分析。结果：母亲育儿效能感与正念养育之间呈显著的正相关(r = 0.65, P < 0.001)，母亲育儿效能感与幼儿社交–情绪问题呈显著的负相关(r = −0.31, P < 0.001)，正念养育与幼儿社交–情绪问题呈显著的负相关(r = −0.38, P < 0.001)；正念养育在母亲育儿效能感和幼儿社交–情绪发展之间起部分中介作用。结论：母亲育儿效能感可直接影响幼儿社交–情绪发展，也可以通过正念养育间接影响幼儿社交–情绪发展。
Abstract: Objective: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between maternal parenting efficacy and children’s social-emotional development, and examine the mediating role of mindful parenting within this dynamic. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted involving 525 mothers of children from five kindergartens in a district of Tianjin. The research utilized the Parenting Competence Scale, the Mindful Parenting Scale, and the Ages and Stages Questionnaire: Social-Emotional (ASQ: SE-2) as measurement tools. Correlation analysis and mediation analysis were performed using SPSS software. Results: The study revealed strong positive correlations between maternal parenting efficacy and mindful parenting (r = 0.65, P < 0.001). Conversely, significant negative correlations were found between maternal parenting efficacy and children’s social-emotional challenges (r = −0.31, P < 0.001). Additionally, mindful parenting significantly negatively correlated with children’s social-emotional issues (r = −0.38, P < 0.001). Mediation analysis indicated that mindful parenting fully mediates the relationship between maternal parenting efficacy and children’s social-emotional difficulties. In other words, mindful parenting partially mediates the relationship between a mother’s sense of parenting efficacy and the social-emotional development of her children. Conclusion: A mother’s sense of parenting efficacy can directly influence young children’s social-emotional development. Furthermore, it can also indirectly affect their social-emotional growth through mindful parenting.
