摘要: 随着医院对健康服务重视度的加深，为广大患者提供优质医疗服务，适时更新了支付方式。“互联网+医疗”模式下可对医院网络支付方式开展内部控制，提升网络支付的规范性、有效性。本文先介绍“互联网+医疗”模式下医院网络支付优势，再通过专业研究，探究出网络支付内部控制风险，提出五项优化调整内部控制的有效方法，包含打造信息化建设平台、完善系统建设、打造专业人才队伍、提升内部控制意识等，提升医院网络支付内部控制质量，保障经济效益。

Abstract: With the deepening emphasis of hospitals on health services, in order to provide high-quality medical services for the majority of patients, the payment methods have been updated in a timely manner. Under the “Internet+ Healthcare” model, internal control can be carried out on the online payment methods of hospitals to enhance the standardization and effectiveness of online payments. This paper first introduces the advantages of hospital online payment under the “Internet+ Healthcare” model. Then, through professional research, it explores the internal control risks of online payment and proposes five effective methods for optimizing and adjusting internal control, including building an information construction platform, improving system construction, cultivating a professional talent team, and enhancing the awareness of internal control, etc., to improve the quality of internal control of hospital online payment, and guarantee economic benefits.
