社会工作介入城市退休老人的社区参与研究

Research on Social Work Intervention in Community Participation of Urban Retired Elderly

摘要: 随着我国近年来城市化与老龄化的不断加重，老年人口的数量越来越多，随之增长的城市退休老年人规模持续扩大，但这一群体所面临着社会隔离、价值感缺失等诸多问题，因此让退休老年人进行社区参与不失为一种有效解决路径。但在参与过程中，他们面临着参与意识薄弱、参与能力不足、家庭支持不足、社区整合资源力度不足、社区环境复杂、社区重视程度不足等困境。本文通过分析退休老人的参与困境并以社工介入的途径提出了增强退休老人的社区参与意识和能力、拓展社区参与渠道，丰富参与形式、做好家庭工作，链接家庭资源、促进社区内部的协调合作、加强宣传工作等路径。

Abstract: With the ongoing acceleration of urbanization and population aging in China, the elderly population is expanding, leading to a continuous increase in the number of urban retirees. However, this demographic faces numerous challenges, including social isolation and a diminished sense of self-worth. Encouraging community participation among retirees presents an effective solution. Nevertheless, they encounter obstacles such as a lack of participation awareness, insufficient participation capabilities, inadequate family support, insufficient community resource integration, complex community environments, and inadequate community emphasis. This paper proposes strategies for social workers to intervene, including enhancing retirees’ community participation awareness and capabilities, expanding community participation channels, enriching participation forms, facilitating family support and resource linkage, promoting internal community coordination and cooperation, and strengthening publicity efforts.
