“双减”背景下农村小学家校沟通现状调查与分析
Investigation and Analysis of the Current Situation of Home-School Communication in Rural Primary Schools under the Background of “Double Reduction”
摘要: 推行“双减”政策旨在减轻学生学业负担和校外培训压力,对学校与家长提出了新的要求,唯有两者紧密协同并保持有效沟通,才能使政策落实,从而真正实现学生减负。文章以四川省都江堰市、彭州市、崇州市等地的农村小学家长为研究对象,主要采用问卷调查法了解农村小学家校沟通现状。通过深入分析发现,目前农村小学家长参与家校沟通存在教育观念滞后、家庭教育能力不足、沟通频率较低、沟通方式较单一等问题。结合相关政策和理论,提出更新家长育儿观念、提高家长家庭教育能力、激发家长主动参与、创新家校沟通方式等对策。
Abstract: The implementation of the “Double Reduction” policy aims to alleviate students’ academic burden and the pressure from off-campus training, which puts forward new requirements for schools and parents. Only when the two work closely together and maintain effective communication can the policy be implemented and students’ burden be truly reduced. This article takes the parents of rural primary schools in Dujiangyan City, Pengzhou City, and Chongzhou City, Sichuan Province, as the research objects and mainly uses the questionnaire survey method to understand the current situation of home-school communication in rural primary schools. Through in-depth analysis, it is found that there are problems such as lagging educational concepts, insufficient family education ability, low communication frequency, and single communication methods in the participation of rural primary school parents in home-school communication. Combined with relevant policies and theories, it proposes countermeasures such as updating parents’ parenting concepts, improving parents’ family education ability, stimulating parents’ active participation, and innovating home-school communication methods.
