摘要: 围绕档案管理在农业科研成果转化中的支撑作用展开研究，通过阐述两者内涵、分析其在提供信息支撑、保障成果质量、促进传播交流、辅助转化决策等方面具体作用以及剖析当前存在管理意识薄弱、制度不完善、信息化滞后等问题，针对性提出强化意识、完善制度、推进信息化建设等策略，以提升农业科研成果转化效率、推动农业科技发展。

Abstract: This study focuses on the supporting role of archive management in the transformation of agricultural scientific research achievements. By elaborating on the connotations of both, analyzing their specific roles in providing information support, ensuring the quality of achievements, promoting communication and exchange, and assisting in transformation decision-making, as well as analyzing the current problems such as weak management awareness, imperfect systems, and lagging informationization, targeted strategies such as strengthening awareness, improving systems, and promoting informationization construction are proposed to enhance the efficiency of agricultural scientific research achievement transformation and promote agricultural scientific and technological development.
