中医药治疗小儿遗尿症的CiteSpace可视化分析

CiteSpace Visual Analysis of Treating Infantile Enuresis with Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要: 目的：分析中医药治疗小儿遗尿症(NE)的研究现状、热点及前沿。方法：检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)从2000年至2025年3月30日收录的中医药治疗小儿遗尿的研究文献，将文章进行筛选并导出。采用Excel2016统计发文量并绘制折线图，采用CiteSpace6.3R1软件对作者、机构、关键词进行共现、聚类分析并绘制可视化图谱。结果：纳入文献1031篇，涉及610位作者，核心作者共24位，以丁樱团队、董慧敏团队、周云亮团队发文量最多；涉及559个发文机构，发文量前3为山东中医药大学、河南中医药大学、成都中医药大学；高频关键词包括“针灸”、“推拿”、“中药”、“临床观察”、“临床经验”等，形成15个聚类词和12个突现词，“临床经验”、“下元虚寒”是最近突现的个词。结论：近年来发文量有所下降，研究团队之间和研究机构之间应该加强合作交流，开展更多高质量和新兴的研究，促进中医药治疗小儿遗尿症的发展。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the research status, hot spots and frontiers of treating infantile enuresis (NE) with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: The research literatures on the treatment of infantile enuresis with traditional Chinese medicine collected by CNKI of China from 2000 to March 30, 2025 were searched. Then filter the articles and export them. Use Excel2016 to count the number of published articles and draw a line chart. CiteSpace6.3R1 software is used to co-occur and cluster the authors, institutions and keywords, and draw a visual map. Results: 1031 articles were included, involving 610 authors and 24 core authors, with Ying Ding team, Dong Huimin team and Zhou Yunliang team contributing the most. It involves 559 publishing organizations, and the top three are Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. High-frequency keywords include acupuncture, massage, traditional Chinese medicine, clinical observation, clinical experience, etc., forming 15 cluster words and 12 emergent words, of which “clinical experience” and “deficiency and cold in the lower yuan” are the latest emergent words. Conclusion: In recent years, the number of published articles has decreased, and cooperation and communication between research teams and research institutions should be strengthened, and more high-quality and emerging research should be carried out to promote the development of Chinese medicine in treating infantile enuresis.
