“英语 + 非遗”双师课堂支教模式建构研究——基于广州软件学院丝木棉支教团的教学实践
Research on the Construction of the “English + Intangible Cultural Heritage” Dual-Teacher Classroom Volunteer Teaching Model—Based on the Teaching Practice of the Silk Cotton Volunteer Teaching Team of Software Engineering Institute of Guangzhou
摘要: 在乡村振兴背景下,广州软件学院积极响应粤东地区基础教育高质量发展的号召,组建了“丝木棉支教团”,并于2023年9月进驻潮州市潮安区,开展为期四个月的精准支教实践。调研发现,当地乡村小学英语教学存在模式滞后、设备资源短缺、学生学习兴趣不高等问题。针对这些问题,支教团探索出“专业赋能 + 文化浸润 + 长效支持”的三维实践路径。其中,将英歌舞等非遗文化融入英语课堂的实践,有效提升了学生的文化认同感、学习动机和课堂参与度,彰显了本土文化在教育中的独特育人功能,也体现了文化赋能理论的现实价值。该路径通过文化融合、教学组织与技术支持等多维度协同发力,为乡村教育高质量发展提供了创新思路。丝木棉支教团的实践表明,这一模式不仅优化了教学方法、提升了教学质量,更实现了高校人才培养与社会服务的深度融合,为基础教育薄弱地区的英语教育改革提供了可复制、可推广的实践范式和理论支撑,为新时代教育发展贡献了力量。
Abstract: Under the background of rural revitalization, Software Engineering Institute of Guangzhou actively responded to the call for high-quality development of basic education in the eastern part of Guangdong Province, formed the “Silk Cotton Volunteer Teaching Team”, and moved into Chao’an District, Chaozhou City in September 2023 to carry out a four-month precise volunteer teaching practice. The research found that there are problems in English teaching in local rural primary schools, such as lagging models, shortage of equipment resources and low students’ interest in learning. In response to these issues, the volunteer teaching team has explored a three-dimensional practical path of “professional empowerment + cultural immersion + long-term support”. Among them, the practice of integrating intangible cultural heritages such as the Yingge Dance into English classes has effectively enhanced students’ cultural identity, learning motivation and classroom participation, highlighted the unique educational function of local culture in education, and also reflected the practical value of the theory of cultural empowerment. This approach, through the collaborative efforts of multiple dimensions such as cultural integration, teaching organization and technical support, provides innovative ideas for the high-quality development of rural education. The practice of the Silk Cotton Volunteer Teaching Team shows that this model not only optimizes teaching methods and improves teaching quality, but also achieves a deep integration of talent cultivation in colleges and universities and social services. It provides a replicable and scalable practical model and theoretical support for the reform of English education in weak areas of basic education, and contributes to the development of education in the new era.
