中医药治疗脂溢性皮炎的研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Seborrheic Dermatitis in Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要: 脂溢性皮炎(Seborrheic Dermatitis, SD)是一种以皮脂溢出部位红斑、鳞屑及瘙痒为特征的慢性炎症性皮肤病。中医将其归属于“面游风”“白屑风”等范畴，认为其发病与湿热内蕴、风热血燥、脾胃失调等因素密切相关。近年来，中医药在脂溢性皮炎的治疗中展现出独特优势，通过内服、外治及非药物疗法等多途径干预，兼具疗效稳定、复发率低和安全性高等特点。本文系统梳理中医对脂溢性皮炎的病因病机认识，总结内治法及外治法的临床进展，以期为临床实践提供理论依据。

Abstract: Seborrheic Dermatitis (SD) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by erythema, scales and itching at the sebaceous sebaceous site. Traditional Chinese medicine classifies it as “face wind” and “white chip wind”, and believes that its disease is closely related to factors such as internal accumulation of damp heat, wind, heat, blood dryness, and spleen and stomach disorders. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has shown unique advantages in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis. Through multiple interventions such as internal treatment, external treatment and non-drug therapy, it has the characteristics of stable efficacy, low recurrence rate and high safety. This paper systematically sorts out the knowledge of the etiology and pathogenesis of seborrheic dermatitis in traditional Chinese medicine, summarizes the clinical progress of internal treatment and external treatment methods, in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical practice.
